Once you purchase one of our recurring services, our team will send you a link to an online survey that gathers relevant information about your business, your industry, and the type of posts you'd like see. We'll also send you the account that you will need to grant access to on your accounts so we can start posting.

We'll use the information you provided in your initial questionnaire. Our account managers will also research your business, your competitors, and your regional news. 

Absolutely! They're your social media accounts, so you will always have full access. We encourage you to add personalized and relevant content as much as you can.

We scour the internet for relevant and engaging content. But the best images and content come from you! We'll ask you for team pictures, event pictures, company news, and more, which we can then share with your audience.

No. Our engagement is month to month, and renews each month on your anniversary date. You can cancel any time before your next renewal date.

General Questions

No, we don't respond to post comments or questions directed to your account(s). You know your business best, and you'll have better insight into how to respond to your customers.

We can offer recommendations about how you can gain new followers. One of the most effective of which is using paid ads via your social media accounts. We'd be happy to discuss setting up ads for you, just contact us at support@bookoomarketing.com.

You sure can! Just send us the information and ideally images to go along with it and we'll add it to your content calendar.

Absolutely! People tend to engage with video at an extremely high rate. We do not offer video editing or formatting for basic plans, however.

Unfortunately, no. On Facebook you can not remove an individual review, but you can remove reviews altogether. On your Google Business listing, you also can not remove reviews. We do encourage you to respond to negative reviews however.
